A Live Event!
In addition to the event, our production crew aim to live stream as much as possible over the weekend. There will be a livestream section of the floor along with commentators room to shoutcast.
ACTIVITIES
Here you can see some of the activities taking place over the weekend:
LAN Tournement
For the main event we are hosting a live LAN tournament. Qualifiers held on Saturday 23rd with Grand Final(s) on Sunday 24th.
Teams to register and submit in advance to be invited to compete on stage in front of live audience. The event will be shoutcasted by our own commentator to enhance the viewing experience!

Sim Rig Racing
We return with our Sim Rig Racing setup. Free for anyone to come along try-out and use.
There will be hot lap times for you to try and beat on the day!
Cosplay
We invite cosplayers to join us across the weekend so don't be shy, pop down and show off your costumes!
There will be cosplay competition held on Sunday. Registration is required in advance to compete on stage to showcase cosplays to be judged by audience and judging panel to determine a winner.

Retro Games
We will have a collection of gaming systems to get hands on with including retro games as well as Guitar Hero and party games where anyone is welcome to try-out and enjoy.

Doors Open
Doors open to the public. Visitors can take part in a multitude of activity stations. Come and experience the esports vibe, meet the crew and hang out enjoy the music.
12:30 - 3:30pm
LAN Tournament
LAN Qualifiers begin.
Duration will ultimately depend on the number of signups/teams entered. We welcome teams from Overwatch and Rocket League respectively so get signed up!
4:00pm
Event Close
Doors close. This will be the end of the event, hopefully you will have had an enjoyable time. Check out our socials for more content.

Cosplay Competition
Cosplay event - cosplayers to 'check-in’ as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Participants MUST be registered to go on stage. Judging panel and audience voting to determine which is the best. Results revealed around 3:00pm.

ENJOY COSPLAY?
YOU'RE INVITED TO OUR COSPLAY COMPETITION!
We would love for you to come and show your cosplay at our event! You don't even have to compete as it would be great to see as many costumes and attendees over the weekend!
Whether just to enjoy the event, or compete against other cosplayers on stage, all are welcome.
You have the chance to be judged on stage by the audience and our panel of judges on Sunday.
Walk out to your own music and show off your cosplay in front of a crowd and have a chance to compete against others.

LAN: WANT TO GET INVOLVED?
Rocket League or Overwatch...
In order to get a chance to be able to play on stage in front of an audience you will first have to fill out an application form. Please understand that slots are limited and we can't guarantee everyone will get a spot on stage but we will try our best to accommodate as many players/teams as possible.
Saturday is qualifier/knock out stage with Grand Final(s) hosted on Sunday so please ensure you are available across the weekend when you sign up!
We will be prioritising schools, so if you are interested in playing on stage, creating a team with your school friends could lead to the opportunity to play live on stage...
Highlights of games will be broadcast via: twitch.tv/esports_lmc and captain/leaders may have the opportunity to be interviewed by our hosts - please ensure you are aware and comfortable with these realities.
